INFORMATION

Location:

The festival is on Leigh road recreation ground in the centre of Eastleigh. The main stages are in covered big tops and the crowd is under shelter, all events are standing only, although there are facilities for people with disabilities.

Please note there is no festival parking, public parking and public transport should be used.

Tickets to Eastleigh Music Festival are sold under the following conditions:

  • Tickets cannot be refunded or re-sold and lost tickets cannot be replaced. Defaced tickets will not be accepted.
  • Without a ticket or valid reference, entry to Eastleigh Music Festival will not be permitted.

 

  • All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Unaccompanied children/youths will not be admitted.

 

  • If you think that your age will be questioned, please bring personal photographic identification.

 

  • No animals (except guide dogs) are allowed in the Eastleigh Music Festival grounds.

 

  • Due to safety regulations no chairs or tables can be allowed or any other items that may cause an obstruction in an emergency.

 

  • No alcohol or glass bottles will be permitted – there will be a licensed bar and a wide choice of food available.

 

  • Illegal substances will not be tolerated at Eastleigh Music Festival.

 

  • No open fires, naked flames or disposable BBQs in the Eastleigh Music Festival grounds.

 

  • Eastleigh Borough Council reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings without being liable to pay any compensation whatsoever.

 

  • EBC reserves the right to cancel the event for reasons beyond their control without notice.
    Photographic, video or audio reproduction of artists is prohibited.

 

  • Ticket holders consent to inclusion in official photographic, visual and audio promotion of Eastleigh Music Festival.

 

  • Eastleigh Music Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or failure to comply with the reasonable requests of Eastleigh Music Festival.
